2001 lumina overheating, fans don't turn on after it gets hot.

I changed the temperature sensor,and thermostat.
still o/h . checked the fuses ,there good.

The fan kicks on when I turn on the air conditioner and stays on after I turn it off. Where is the fan relay located?

I'm not exactly sure, but its under the hood, follow the wires from the fan and you should run into it.
