I have a 1976 monte Carlo i am restoring  and i
have a 1975 monte Carlo. Are all parts of the 75
interchangeable with the 76 like the doors, fenders,
front end, ect.

Since you have both cars you should park them side by side and compare. The grill, headlights and taillights are different.
