I just bought 99 Infinity G20t. I started to change
spark plugs and #1 & #4 came out normal without
problem. #2 & #3 seem to be seated in different
and socket will not go on to try to turn them?

The spark plug socket should fit squarely onto the spark plug. Look for an obstruction in the spark plug hole, or maybe a heat shield is deflecting the socket when trying to get it on the spark plug.
