I have a 2000 tahoe an it wont start i took rhe starter of an got it checked they said it was good switched battery an still wont start

Then you need to test to see if power is going to the small wire on the starter solenoid when someone is turning the key to the start position. If there is no power then the starter relay, fuses, ignition switch, and possibly the neutral safety switch would need to be checked.
