Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have this jetta 2003 1.8t that is manual and
the timing belt came off because the guy that
replaced  it for me did it all wrong so it came off
and the car doesnt  want to start what do you  
think it is ?

Well you just said the timing belt came off, if that is the case, it will never start. You're looking at replacing the timing belt again or possibly rebuilding motor if there was damage.
