Question type: Shopping & Pricing

In bought an as is car and I know still have to take
it through emissions. Let's say my catalytic
converter is out and I don't pass emmisions. So
then I can't get my tag from the dealer. Is the dealer      
responsible for anything

No you purchased the car as is and everything is on you....
