Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1992 Ford Explorer. I am having an issue
with it running and driving. Once it starts it will idle
just fine. I have replaced the throttle positioning
sensor and the idle air control valve. Once started
and put into gear still idles fine but you have to
floor it in order to go anywhere and have to hold it
there until High Rev let off to shift gears then
basically floor it again

Could be a fuel regulator. Do you know how to test fuel pressure? And for the fuel regulator?

I haven't tested it with a gauge but it will spray fuel if you press the thing in

You would need a fuel pressure gauge to know for sure what the pressure is, but pushing on the Schrader Valve, is what it is called, and fuel sprays out pretty good, then chances are it needs a fuel regulator is my best guess with any testing done.
