I said I change my map pickup coil cap
rotor and coil pack is she still will not run
she's doing a startup I'm getting no fire from
the spark plugs could be my distributor or
my PCM harness is going has a short can
anybody Give Me a Reason

First I don't know what vehicle this is, but from what you describe it need an Ignition Control Module.
