Suzuki Grand Vitara 2008 has a noisy exhaust sound at start up that goes away after it warms up. Why is it only in the morning?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started out to be a little noise and then slightly more and now its significantly
more when its below 20 F. No other running problems and passed smog, go

It might have a lose bolt or maybe one of the gaskets could be bad. check them I had a Suzuki Samurai and it did almost the same so I change the gaskets and got quiet...

There may be a crack in the exhaust manifold or a bad gasket as mentioned above. Sometimes as the exhaust warms up the metal expands and seals the leak. Take a close look at the exhaust manifold and the rest of the exhaust system.
