Give it a proper tune-up. Make sure the carb is clean and adjusted correctly.

Well you have a cap & rotor, spark plug wires to inspect, fuel filter to replace, the air filter, snug up the intake bolts, look for any bad vacuum lines, make sure the EGR system is working and clean, check the pcv valve and breather, make sure the coke in the carb. opens up when the engine is at operating temperature, and the idle mixture screw is adjusted, and check the timing.

do u know any accord 1990 ex vitesse carb has been converted to automatic carb ?

What do you mean automatic carb? I was just checking things out on this vehicle, and it looks like there is fuel injection on there, meaning it is not a carb, but a throttle body. You can't beat fuel injection, and is automatic so to speak. So you would still do the above mentioned except the carb work, and put some fuel injection cleaner in the gas tank. Is there anything else I can help with?
