As far as a muffler system, you could check out the flow master for the 150, has a nice sound, the defective 02 sensors are causing the bad gas mileage. Do a complete tuneup on the truck it will help with the fas mileage

Exhaust will not yield any difference in MPG. Engine needs to be properly tuned up and tire pressures need to be correct for best fuel mileage.

I just got new spark plugs and coil packs with the engine, what else should I do for the tune up?
