2011 jeeep compass 4x4

My boys 2011 jeep compass 4x4  just suddenly the
brakes lock up.  The abs and traction control  light
came on the dealership where he lives is no help  
any ideas where to start.  Thank you

Thank you guys very much appreciated he lives in elko nv and hopefully he can drive it safely to reno nv where there are quality shops and dealers. (340 miles)thanks again.
