alternator not charging

I have a 95 Buick lesabre... Battery is good starting is there but the alternator is not charging the battery switched out the CPU and still nothing from the CPU to turn on the alternator any know of some sort of issues like this?

Well I've been through one new alternator 2 used atenators like stated before the CPU is not coming on it needs a voltage to the alternator to turn on could it be some sort of wire that powers on my alternator or could it be a signal from the transmission or some sort of sensor. Wondering why I'm not getting any signal from my CPU. Any ideas.
