Feeling Overwhelmed by SUV/Crossover Choices!

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I am looking for a durable crossover/SUV with 3rd row seating that gets decent
gas milage for under $20,000. I was considering the Kia Sorento, Mitsubishi
Outlander and the Nissan Rogue. None of them seemed to get very good
reviews. I would appreciate any recommendations that you might have. Thank
you!

Check out the Honda and the Toyota. If you want AWD get a Subaru but be wary of the oil consumption issue.

Try something Toyota or Honda. You are looking at all the poorer choices. Even a Ford Edge might be a great choice.

My daughter in law has an 2013 Escape, lots of recalls but it has been bullet proof so far.

Ford has some nice looking small SUV's but I am not so sure about their AWD system.
