99 Suburban crank when it wants to

I have a 99 Chevrolet Suburban 50% of the time it
won't crank just turn over the other 50% of the time
it runs good I replaced a fuel pump two times
please help

You should verify the fuel pressure, it should be 56 to 63 lbs. Possible leaking spider injection and fuel regulator. Watch the fuel pressure gauge after fuel pressure builds up, turn the key off. Fuel pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes.
