Used Car Dilemma

Asked by Jan 30, 2017 at 06:12 PM

Question type: General

I am struggling with buying a used SUV under $8000 as far as which one - I
have narrowed it down to two plus a mini-van - any input would be great.
I am between 2003 Mazda Tribute, a 2009 Hyundai Tuscon (Manual) and a
2005 Toyota Sienna. I live in a place that gets lots of snow in the winter.

Here are my thoughts, A 2003 mazda tribute is worth around $5K. check for rust in the rear passenger wheel well, common rust area. , I don't like Tuscans, and the mini van is not AWD.

Thanks Tom. One last one I just found - how about a 2007 Kia Sportage?

Why do you not like the Tuscon?
