What kind of car

looks like a bullet proof lexus for a rich arab or drug dealer from south of the border , why ?

Chrysler 300, Chrysler Sebring, Chrysler Concorde or Dodge Stratus? That is a very bad picture do you have a better one?

Have looked a pictures for about an hour. The interesting part is the vehicle has white "B" pillars and that is not very common nowadays as most are black. Also it has painted mirrors and has a miss matched wheel on the left front. It is not a Chrysler 300 because it is too streamlined. I wonder if the dark square just forward of the front wheel is on the car or the fence. My first thought was Chrysler LHS or full sized Hyundai. Was this photo taken in the USA?

It does look like a Chrysler 300M, but the white pillar is throwing it off. Maybe it had been repainted. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysler_300M)
