Transmission shifting problem

On my 1997chevy lumina 3.1the
transmission while cold, shifts
perfect, But at normal operating
temperature I have to speed up to
30 mph in order for it to change
gears to 2nd. & 3rd gear ,and won't
act right till it's cold ? Please help !

Should take it in for servicing, have it checked out, may be just a solenoid, but my opinion is that it is getting worn.
