Jeep shakes when its on and its parked

I have a 2007 grand cherokee with about 160 miles and
my engine light turnd not that long ago and now it shakes
especially when its parked

sounds like you may have a miss fire you should have the vehicle scanned to confirm running it that way will cause damage to the exhaust system which can be costly
