2004 mini cooper s powersteering pump problems

We have replaced the powersteering pump 3
times and still not working. What else can it
be?

Minis have an electric power steering pump that is prone to failure. When replacing the pump, technicians advise inspecting the cooling fan because it is often the cause of the failure of the pump.
