How long does it take to process a listing from my
account?

My ad has been processing for a week totally locked up. CarGurus sucks. Try craigslist or Cars.com.

FYI, I changed some details on my listing and was asked in an email to send in a photo of my car with a special CarGurus 'code word' posted in the windshield. My listing immediately went back into 'processing' status in the meantime.

Same problem here...my car has been "processing" for over a week. I don't know what to do.
