Cooling system

01 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.2 running hot  
radiator has a hole in it so I replace the
radiator never had a problem with it
running hot or warm when I replace the
radiator flush the system installed the
radiator truck started running hot so I
replaced the thermostat  and the cooling
temperature sensor reflash the system  and
it's still running hot the only other option I
have is replacing the water pump and or
the clutch fan but the clutch fan seems OK
heater is blowing hot what's next guys

Normally I would think the cooling system would need to be purged from air pockets, but you have heat out of the heater core. The only 3 three things I can think of is maybe a bad thermostat, the water pump like you suggest or bad head gaskets that doesn't sound likely. Does it sit there and over heat?
