You may have a frozen fuel line. Get some Isopropyl and dump into the gas and let it sit for awhile. It still sounds like you need to get this car into a warm garage to thaw out. Did the coolant freeze in the radiator? If so better get to a warm garage, it would take a good day or so to thaw out.
