How much HP should a 383 TPI with edl performer
AL heads, 8:1 pistons .503/.510 cam stock TPI and
runners with 58mm throttle body using 12psi
supercharger??? 60lb injectors...

A properly built 383 without the super charger should be able to do 450 to 500 hp. What is your guess?

I would think 625 at the crank would be possible. That would be about 500+ at the rear wheels.
