1980 cutlass supreme 305.2 5.0 emissions smog diagram that fits

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I'm trying to get my car smog but I can
not find a true vacuum diagram for it my
thermostat housing has two holes one is a
electric hook up temp sensor I'm thinking
the other has two vacuum ports?? Does
anyone have an idea  where these
would hook to. I can't even find a photo of
the housing with two holes. Thanx James

What state are you in? Some states don' require old cars like yours to pass smog inspection.
