2005 Nissan Ultima 185,000 miles 3.5 L six-cylinder
Every time the car is started first time in the
morning, there is rattling sound  that last  in about
three seconds then  disappear. When started later
in the day it's not recognizable .

It is probably the timing chain. You may want to replace it and the timing chain guides and tensioner but I had a Toyota that I drove for more than 300,000 and it rattled like yours did for at least 100,000 miles.

The chain rattles because it is worn and when cold the engine has not yet built up full oil pressure. The oil pressure comes up and makes the timing chain tensioner work and then the rattle stops.
