I bought a New 2015 Dodge Charger Scat Pack 392. All went very well especially with the Salesman Trent Leedom. One Great Gentleman and Good Man. Then I took the Charger in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation at around 11,000 Miles. The Serviceman called me into the Service Department to show me the Tires. The Tire on the Passenger Front was Worn Down to the Wear Bars on the Tire Tread. The Tire on the Rear Drivers Side was also worn down to the Wear Bars. The other Two Tires were also Worn Out Prematurely. These Tires were never off the car from the Start and Nothing was "Hit" to Change the Alignment.. Then How Can This Be?? This Car had a Real Bad Tracking Problem From The Factory. I took ownership of this car with a Very Bad Alignment Issue that Wore Out the Tires. I was thinking any Respectable Business would Stand Behind this issue by supplying New Tires and a GOOD Alignment. Nope. NOTHING!! I ended up speaking with the Head Guy, A. J. Perez, who was Absolutely Worthless and ended up telling me "No Tires, No Alignment!!!" This A. J. Perez Guy Lied to me, Side Stepped my Questions, Wouldn't get back to me in a Respectful Time Frame emailing, Has No Clue on Customer Satisfaction and Very Very Bad Communication Practices. Very Bad!! This is the Head Guy??!! If any of you folks out there would like to see the emails we exchanged proving all that is said is true, just email me at: > ajohn2kinc@aol.com <. I took the Charger to another Dodge Dealership for an Alignment Check. The Technicians there were Greatly Embarrassed to find the Charger came this way from the Factory. The Alignment was Way Way OFF. The Alignment Sheet was sent to Perez in emails as an Attachment and also in the "Face" of the Email not to be Missed. Perez Never Committed seeing this Alignment Sheet even after I asked several times if he got it. Sidestepped Again! Perez Just Didn't Want To Admit To The Problem. If I were you first off I'd never walk through this Dealerships Door! If you feel the need to actually buy a new car from them, Make Sure the Alignment is Checked First before driving it home. Also watch out for this Perez Dude, he'll just tell you what You Want To Hear… How was this Corrected? I just bought my own Firestone Tires and had it Aligned myself. Negative 100 Stars! Of course they probably won't show this Review because it's just too True.. I'll be Watching....
