Camry hybrid

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just wondering how many miles a Camry hybrid would be able to
go before needing major work done, for example a 2008 Toyota
Camry hybrid at 220,000 miles. If I was to purchase this car and
used it for just everyday, taking kids to school, and work and back
home, would it last a good time without needing any major
repairs

Really depends on the previous maintenance service records. If everything was done according to the schedule, maybe yes? I've seen cab drivers go over 300,000 miles in these cars. And, I have talked with mechanics who have told me that they have NEVER seen a transmission fail in any one of these cars.
