95 sedan devil concour wont start due to security alarm what am I to do HELP

If its the factory alarm you have to use a voltmeter and locate the power wire then (harder) locate the wire that has to be connected to it for it to crank, there is two that will let it crank but one will also let the horn blow too. I did one back in the 90's I do not remember the wire colors.
