Question type: Car Customization

I got a 89 mustang 351w with roush heads and edelbrock
intake carb setup I was looking to put a turbo in it what do
I need and what turbo should I get to do it

Well, I wouldn't do it, but if you must I would recommend joining a Mustang forum or 2 and do lots of reading on turbo charging a small block Ford. Lots of added horse power might make it necessary to upgrade the exhaust system, transmission, drive shaft, rear end, cooling system, etc. It can get very expensive installing forced induction on a street car.

Good afternoon Kelly. I hope the OP has lots of money because turbocharging can be very expensive when done correctly.

hi bob...yep.. but they make kits as low as $1500.00 FIND A GOOD WELDER...OR JUST PUT ON SOME nos...EITHER WAY IF YOU DONT MESS WITH THE JETS OR BOOST IT IS SAFE... I SHOOT 800 HP INTO MINE ALL THE TIME.....HUMMMM HE SHOULD TRU A NICE 125 HP SHOT KIT...EASY TO DO FOR $500.00
