Swap 96 Chevy 350 engine for "70's" 350 engine

I would like to pull the 350 engine out of
my truck and replace it with a 1970's
model 350 engine.
Can I do this & what, if any, would you
suggest?

yes but !!! you can beef up the motor in it to run just as hard !!
