Are there additional charges besides the price?

For example, if I see a car listed at $9,995 can I go to the dealer and pay that
exact amount or on top of that will there be tax added and other mickey
mouse charges like rust protection, etc?

mickey mouse yes...but talk them down on the price and you will still be ahead of there game..
