Grinding noise

I changed my front brakes but car is still
making a grinding noise in the front , what
could it be

Are you sure its the brakes making the noise and not the front wheel bearings. Lift the front of car and turn the wheels by hand and listen for the noise......

Did you get this resolved? I am having the exact same issue. I have a 2015 F150 Lariat FX4. I am starting to think it could be transmission related.
