Question type: Car Customization

Want to make my truck sound loud. not trying to
spend too much on it. Any suggestions ?

A muffler is the cheapest way to go.

Your neighbors will hate you but there are many muffler brands out there that produce a fairly loud exhaust noise. A lot depends on the engine you are running though. A 4 cylinder in a small truck will never have the deep sound of an 8 in a full size truck.
