Hi, i'm planning to Buy a Lien Used Car. How to make sure that the Car is
Clean or not stolen?
What should i do? and what documents i need? Thanks Guys!

call the mvd in your/its home town and run the vin#

Call the local police department and ask them to check the vin number.
