That is a sticky area...for lack of a better term. Salespeople will pester you even if/when you politely ask them to stop. You can prevent CarGurus, this site, from sending you more junk mail, in your settings. But this site is not where the spam comes from. It's dealers that have gotten hold of your email address, and can be a real pain. All you can do is ask, then demand, they stop, or depending on your ISP server block their incoming.
