I want to review a car dealer for horrible customer service. I strongly believe Cargurus should ban them from this site. They stole my money. The general manager is positively rotten.

Question type: General

Rob Green Hyundai (Twin Falls, Idaho)
sold a complete lemon and refuses to
take it back.  I bought a 2011 Ford
Transit EV in December of 2014. Van
died within days of purchase.  After
months at Ford repair shop, was
informed this van  is unrepairable.
(Faulty main battery pack)  Rob Green
sold me a salvage vehicle for $22,000.
I have since learned others have
bought them at auction for less than
$5000.   There is no one that is
certified to repair this vehicle.
They said they would work with me on
a trade but have since rescinded the
offer to make it right.  Slime!

#1- don't buy electric vehicles or hybrids- who can fix them? since you just learned this, let's go to #2- buying a used car usually has no guarantees, but if it is misrepresented you have grounds to sue- #3- 22 grand is a lot of money and it is worth filing a lawsuit- if you have your lawyer contact them, they may just decide to settle up- #4- you are right, crooks like this do not belong on this website!
