my car starts and steams but it does not have the capacity to move or the strenght to move .I have changed the air phylometer,injector nuscle,fuel pump and sensors still no strenght for the engine to move .please what can I do?

Hi I have a 2001 hydyia elantra, it's manual and today I've had to replace the batter. my main concern is when I was driving my car it made a little noise then my car just stop moveing. the engine was still running and was fine but the car would just rev up and did not move does this mean the whole clutch is bad or maybe the clutch plate??
