I researched subaru and I found that % 95 of vehicles 10 years old or older are still
on the road. So my question is what would be the most reliable affordable car
between the two?

Toyota,more reliable,and cheaper to repair than subaru.

No,i have owned one,and when you have to order part,s for these,you have to go threw the dealer,even for simple thing,s such as stater,s and alternator,s and more,stay clear of KIA ..Killed In Action, Toyota parts are at your local part,s store.

I had a 2004 kia sprotage,got rid of it.I still own 2 toyota,s a 1996 camry,and a 2013 camry, both run great.

I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown? OK, I also have a 2003 Dodge Intrepid Interceptor, it has been broken down for a little while with what I was told was a hole in the head gasket.
