Can I swap my 2003 Jetta rims with my 2004 Jetta rims?

I have 2003 Jetta wagon and a 2004 Jetta sedan. I want to swap wheels. They seem to
match..can I can I?

Thnx. German rims vs. Made in Mexico. German rims seem much better...Mexican ones wouldn't seal effectively. Appreciate the feedback.
