...heh,heh.heh.... Sounds to me like a setup for the dealer (or clones) to write their own reviews. Since they all are 4.5 / 5 or better.....looks pretty scammmy.

yup, sounds like a setup for the dealer.. so sneaky... I will make sure everyone I know do not use this website to get independent opinions about a dealer

I would advise anyone not to buy a used car from "Mike" at "UsedCars4Youctny". This guy is a liar and a cheat and sold us a car that he claimed everything worked on and that in ran great. The cars computer failed on the same day we drove it home, and put my wife and I in a very dangerous situation on a major highway. The car needed well over $2,500 dollars of work. Failed ETM computer, failing cracked radiator leaking, failing leaking heater core, no A/C, no Defroster and windows fogged with antifreeze, right front brake caliper frozen, rear tailgate latch not working and more. If your looking for a used car I would definitely bypass this dealer because he is dishonest and did not make it right.

Do not use Prime Toyota in West Roxbury because Very disappointed. In August 2015 they did a restoration job for my head lights and on the phone they said its $89.99 including taxes and labour but when I went to pick up my car than they told me $120. On 2/2/16 I bought rotors and brake pads and paid with my debit card but they called me at the end of the day harassing me until the next day that I did not paid for my parts. I had to leave my job early to go there with my receipt the next day to prove it and shut their mouth. Today on 4/12/16 I had an appointment for transmission flush oil service and this time I asked the service agent on the phone to email me the price which was $229 plus tax because of previous experience with them. But when I went there the service desk told me $347 plus tax and even though I showed them the email confirmation I was refused the service for $229 and I left without a service. Don't even go there for service. They are scammers and very rude.

Auto Warehouse of Davie uses bait and switch, where you think you get a great deal and once they get a deposit from you they say the car you chose is bad, didn't pass inspection so now you're married to them and stuck with whatever they want to push on you. Classic scam i fell for.

Do not buy from Cornerstone Auto!! They do not honor any warranty that was clearly stated on the car. They do not care about the consumer. Once you pull that car off the parking lot they will not have anything to do with you. I have reported them to BBB, Customer Satisfaction Survey, and will be contacting States Attorney General so no one else has to go through what I am.

DO NOT BUY FROM BOCH HYUNDAI IN NORWOOD! I had an appointment set up to look at the advertised car. Once at the dealership they told me "the car sold last night!" They, of course, tried to offer to sell me something/anything else. It was a typical bait, and switch on the now pissed off consumer. I will make sure to tell all social media sites to NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOCH AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE GROUP!

I don't even think our experience with this dealership warrants 1 star. We thought we would be able to work with this dealership. They have no haggle pricing which is nice. However, working with all the other sales department personnel including the General manager and owner (both of which told me they would call us back and didn't) displayed anything but professionalism. Fortunately we were able to take our business elsewhere, buy our GMC truck and have received wonderful customer service from another dealership. However, having my 75 year old father who is a veteran ride the 4 hours to and from their house to the dealership only to find out that they did not want to sell the truck to them is inexcusable. I live in San Antonio and was trying to mitigate this horrible situation that my father was being put through. This is why I reached out to the General Manager and owner to help reach a resolution. I have NEVER experienced such a poor experience when buying a car. Being lied to by the GM and owner is not acceptable! We are faithful GMC customers but will be working with a dealership that promotes a higher level of honesty and integrity than Cooper GMC Buick.

Steer clear of Nissan of Lewisville. Their internet price for a used car is way below their actual price. They tried to add ~$1500 for Dealer Prep (basically detailing the used car, for $1500??? Come on!). Then they wanted to add $1500 for the Nissan Pre-Owned Certification (piece of paper saying they had checked out the car), and ~$1000 for some insurance that would fix outside scratches/inside minor upholstery tears). These are misleading tactics to drive up the price of the vehicle. Stay FAR AWAY from these sheisters., they will rip you off.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy a new car advertised on the website of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Rockford, IL. (bachrodtchevy.com). Had an appointment. Took the day off and rented a car thinking I would be driving home in the new one. In the dealership, nobody knew of any appointment and the car was out as a service loaner. They did nothing to try to get the car to where I could see it. So I asked about the pricing. They said $2000 more than what was advertised on the internet because there were "dealer add-ons". The ad said "FINAL PRICE" and they would not honor it. Never saw the car - don't think it even existed. Dealer didn't offer to split the difference, show us another car - nothing. Just told us basically "have a nice drive home". DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I’m not going to mention the name of the dealer but it’s from Carizona. Paid the vehicle on wire, ready to wait for its delivery. And that deal who was supposed to follow my case was so irresponsible, shirking responsibility, delaying the process on purposes. Wait for three weeks, and all his response is ‘Be patient.’ You ask me how would I accept this kind of attitude, no deadlines, just delaying and delaying. Such culture has to go away, all they want is your MONEY!!!

We recently purchased a brand new Kia Telluride from McGovern Kia of Norwood. While the car seems very nice (we have had it for four weeks), I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else for a Kia - I have heard great things about Liv Kia in Framingham. We should have listened to people who said that. Both the sales and the service department leave a lot to be desired. Once they make the sale, the folks at McGovern Kia really just check out. We have had numerous issues. The first issue caused them to keep the car for 10 days after we spent $55K on the car and took our other car off the road for a very simple fix. I constantly had to reach out for updates. Additionally, the car was supposed to come with a roof rack that was missing. I had to chase them down for weeks to set an appointment. I have emails confirming an appointment for today 7/26/23 but when my wife got there they said she was not on the schedule. They gave her a two hour time window and they actually gave her a loaner (to go to Legacy Place). She waited for four hours and received no call. Upon return, the car had not been worked on at all. The incompetence and lack of focus on the customer is OFF THE CHARTS. I would not recommend that anyone buy a car at this dealership if you care about customer satisfaction and service level. I would welcome a response from anyone in management but can't get past the first tier of people. There is no teamwork and seemingly no training on how to treat customers. They actually had the gall to offer a free tank of gas for a good review - fat chance of that happening.

My experience at AA Quality Import Used Car Lot in Burnaby and on Rochester st was nothing short of a nightmare. The entire inventory reeked of a waterlogged smell, making me question the origins of these vehicles. I suspect they might have dubious roots, possibly sourced from various junkyards across the country with no traceable history. Larry, my so-called "delightful" friend and salesman, proved to be more absurd than sensible. If proctology were his calling, our farm animals might have found a more reasonable colleague. His lack of professionalism and anal retention tendencies were truly astonishing. Save yourself the headache and hassle by steering clear of this place. Your money deserves better treatment at a dealership that values your business. For a good laugh, though, consider paying Larry a visit—but for serious business, look elsewhere.
