It seems like a lot of cash for a lot of miles to me. Check eBay auctions to see how much they are selling for.

Its a LOT of miles, especially if you have no idea or records proving or dis- proving how well it was or wasn't maintained. What items have been repaired or replaced up to this point? If it has been a relatively trouble free vehicle for the previous owner, that doesn't mean it will be for the next, as things wear out and age and 10 years and OVER 200K is about the expiration date for many components. Though you will always hear about someone who drove one for 500K or 1million miles and all they ever did was add oil. Understand those are the EXCEPTIONS to the durability of a vehicle and ALL vehicles need components replaced regardless of their reliability rating. That being said, if there are tons of records and a lot of recent maintenance work it might be a decent buy. Look this model up on Cargurus and see what people are asking for theirs with higher miles and compare to that for starters.
