If cars are listed incorrectly, are the sellers obligated to sell the car at the price listed?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I've noticed several cars lately that are incorrectly labeled as certain models while the picture clearly shows a different model.  Are the dealers obligated to sell the car at the price listed in your CarGuru add?

No they are not legally obligated by law to sell if there is a "mistake" in the listing. You would have to try to take them to court if you felt you were somehow scammed or they received unjust enrichment. This would only come into play if you purchased the vehicle under fraud. Boils down to "Buyer Be Ware" law.
