How do I get dents out of my car?

that's a vague statement... In some cases a little dry ice can pop it back into shape.
If they are small dents then there are PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) companies around that can do it. Contact them and get estimates.. Most big dealers with large Used Car lots will have one on the lot at least once a week.. If you call them and find out when they are there alot of times you can show up and the will fix cheaper because they don't have to come to you.. Most do great work at a reasonable price.
