they run about the same price if ur doin a swap. but as far as power goes either way is good, ive owned a type s and lost to a integra type r in a race wit both cars being stock. but i found it easier to gain hp wit the k20 as long as u plan to do it n/a. but the b18 is a way easier swap for a honda
