what is the smallest engine in a car?

Right now, it has to be the Tata Nano with it's 623cc inline two engine.

current car? or all time? there was a Peel P50 back in the 60's, with a 49cc motor, something like 4 hp. I don't know if that is the smallest, but it is damn close
