1955 Ford Fairlane 4 door on a 2004 Tahoe frame

I have a 1955 Ford Fairlane 4 door, that I have been
wanting to turn into a daily driver and pull a small
antique travel trailer with, the wheelbases are within
1/2”, and the width is close that fender flares would
work great, anyone ever done this?

Why ruin a good antique Ford? There are upgrades that can be done to make it drive like a new car without ruining it.
