where is private party cars for sale?

trying to determine if this website has sells cars from private parties?   If so , how do you access that info?

When searching for a specific vehicle, there is a check box for Dealer or private seller. Click the Used Cars 'Search' button. On the left side, there are filters and one of them is for Dealer or Private under Seller Type.
