I have 1997 Ford f250 with 460 engine

I have a 1997
ford f250 460
engine it had
forced oil up into
air filter so it
needed heads
redone so we
had that done
new wires plugs
rotor cap it will
not maintain a
speed it lurches
jumps jerks
when tryin to
maintain a
speed but it
starts and idles
fine takes off
fine but it
doesn't have the
power it should
any suggestions
