Timing belt Tensioner

Dealer recommends to replace timing belt since tensioner shows signs of leaking.  Honda Accord V6 with 84K miliage

If you don't like dealer prices have an independent shop do it.

Timing belt tensioner is a critical part of the engine timing system. If it's leaking, replace it NOW to avoid very costly repairs later on.
